Using bootstrap.py with hosts with shortname as hostname causes creating duplicate hosts
Issue
When registering hosts with bootstrap.py script, while preferring to use shortname (for any reason) as hostname, system gets registered at Satellite twice - once with short hostname, once with long hostname.
This happens even when every setting on the host is set to shortname.
