On HP printers, PostScript files do not print in duplex mode, but PDF files print properly

Issue

Unable to print duplex with postscript but can successfully print PDFs in duplex. Using the lpr command and a Hewlett-Packard 9050 printer.
CUPS is not printing on both sides of the page.
To print both sides following options were enabled:
```
lpoptions -d printer1 -o sides=two-sided-long-edge
lpoptions -d printer3 -o sides=two-sided-long-edge
```
However this option is not working. Any suggestions on how can we can make this work?
