Resource Bundle not found by Expression Language in JSF page on JBoss EAP

Issue

• JSF EL expression reading from properties key-value pairs file renders question marks around the key text.
• We are using EAP 7.2.0 GA, and have a web application that on some pages, uses JSF EL expressions to read from a properties file, messages.properties, such as : <h1 class="header1">#{msgs.KEY}</h1> , where msgs.KEY is the key to a text value in the messages.properties file stored in the web app's web-inf/classes folders. Any page that has tags that use JSF EL to render text on a page, renders question marks surrounding the actual key text, not the value text as intended.
