Issue

• Red Hat Satellite 6.4.2 upgrade fails with katello_event_queue error

• Red Hat Satellite update from 6.4.0 to 6.4.2 is failing with below error :

     qpid-config --ssl-certificate /etc/pki/katello/certs/abc.xyz.pvt-qpid-b
     roker.crt --ssl-key /etc/pki/katello/private/abc.xyz..pvt-qpid-broker.key
     -b amqps://localhost:5671 add queue katello_event_queue --durable' returned 1 in
     stead of one of [0]
