Graphs, tables, or event history contain no data in JON UI
Issue
- Graphs in monitor view show up with
No Metric Data Availablemessage - Unable to view metrics or graphs for any resource
- Events are no longer recorded
- Agent not montoring log files
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 2.4, 2.3, 3.0, 3.1
- Accessing a resource's Monitor >> Graphs, Monitor >> Tables, or Events >> History pages
- Monitor or reporting interval or duration is set to a range that is invalid or in where no data was collected
