Deprecate an Openshift master and add back to the cluster

Issue

When there is a need to do some administration task on the masters hosts that require the master to be deprecated or replaced and when that master is the first on the group, and therefore used by ansible to run the playbooks' tasks, there are some additional tasks that needs to be done prior to scale up the master again, which are not mentioned on the documentation and when not done the playbook will fail during the scale up of the master host on several tasks.
