Getting "Required lock is already taken by other running tasks" error message when running "subscription-manager release --unset"

Issue

  • When trying to run subscription-manager command to unset a release from a client host, a error message is the output like the following example:

    # subscription-manager release --unset
    Required lock is already taken by other running tasks.
    Please inspect their state, fix their errors and resume them.
    
    Required lock: update
    Conflicts with tasks:
    https://satellite.example.com/foreman_tasks/tasks/4067c589-9569-43a4-82a1-e4d5d5c86a7f
    
  • When inspecting the informed task of the output error message in Dynflow Console from the Satellite WebUI, it is possible to note that the informed task is in planned or running status for some time.
