Issue

• We are getting the command is not available when trying invoke CLI commands with jboss-cli on JBoss EAP 7 / 6 such as:

deploy /path/to/my-app.ear
The command is not available in the current context (e.g. required subsystems or connection to the controller might be unavailable).
