Failure importing instackenv.json

Issue

  • When running openstack baremetal import --json instackenv.json; We receive the following error.

Not Retrying. execute /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/oslo_concurrency/processutils.py:422 2016-03-12 16:18:29.164 1440 ERROR ironic.drivers.modules.ipmitool [req-190705b7-11b3-4b13-af0a-16aa8a4350b7 - - - - -] IPMI Error while attempting "ipmitool -I lanplus -H 193.168.X.X -L ADMINISTRATOR -U root -R 3 -N 5 -f /tmp/tmpbaDir7 power status"for node 50b1a852-0174-49fa-a380-2fce3ffe4794. Error: Unexpected error while running command.
  • We can see that Ironic is complaining about not being able to communicate with the node over IPMI.
