Some users have "Maybe" shown in their elabled field on Horizon

Issue

• When we see user information on Horizon, we see some users have "Maybe" in their enabled field.
• The users with enabled fields shown as "Maybe" belongs to a specific domain, whose user information are stored to ldap backend
