Kernel crash is observed in RHEL 8 when TIPC is configured over UDP

Issue

• When TIPC is configured over UDP and the link for the device is lost or brought down a kernel crash is observed.
• The following commands result in a kernel panic and system crash after 20-30 seconds:

# modprobe tipc
# tipc bearer enable media udp name UDP1 localip 10.20.30.113 remoteip 10.20.30.89
# ip link set dev ens3 down
