Exclude channels from "satellite-sync"
Issue
After having synced various channels via satellite-sync -c, subsequent satellite-sync invocations (without specifying channels explicitly) will perform full synchronization of all the known channels.
With satellite-sync you have "-c" to include a channel, so it would seem logical to have a option such as "-e / --exclude" to tell satellite-sync to no longer sync the channel.
