Issue

When I request RHEV-M to shut down a VM which takes a long time to shutdown the status of the VM in RHEV-M changes from "Powering Down" back to "Up" before the shutdown is completed.

"Up" --shutdown requested--> "Powering Down" --Timeout elapsed--> "Up" --VM completes shutdown--> "Down".

How can I change the default shutdown timeout of RHEV-M so the VM is not reported back as "Up" before completing the shutdown?
