Deployment failure in business-central due to timeout when connecting with the standalone controller deployed on the same machine

Issue

• Error in the Business Central deployment when try to connect with the standalone Controller;
• Error when both business-central.war and controller.war are deployed on the same machine;
• When Business Central is deployed before the controller.war, the Business Central deployment fails and we see this error in the EAP:
