Why is the rhevm-iso-uploader command failing?

Issue

While trying to use the rhevm-iso-uploader command the following error was encountered.

ERROR: Unable to connect to REST API.  Reason: Internal Server Error
ERROR: 'NoneType' object is not iterable

Similar error seen when running logcollector.
