Chargeback Report Fields Only Contain Relationships to Object Tags

Issue

• Most reports (non Chargeback) have a number of relationships that are linked to the object being reported on, i.e. if the report is based on vms, then there will be fields based off of hosts, datacenters, hardware, network, etc.
• With chargeback reports, the number of fields to report on is limiited, and the extra relationships to report on are only tags of the object the report is based on
