How do I edit elilo.conf from the Itanium shell and boot a specific Red Hat Enterprise Linux kernel on my Itanium system?
Issue
- I updated my kernel on my Itanium system, but it won't boot. How do I change the default elilo.conf entry from the Itanium shell to boot back into the old kernel?
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- Itanium hardware (IA64)
