RHEL6.4: mountstats on a NFSv4.1 client mount do not include pNFS READ/WRITE statistics

Issue

• mountstats on a NFSv4.1 client mount do not include pNFS READ/WRITE statistics. For example, on a non-pNFS mount point, in mountstats output we see the following statistics when we do WRITEs, but on pNFS mount point it is missing:
