Cannot resolve a specific host name.
Issue
- Our customer's caching name server cannot resolve "xxxx.xxxxx.co.jp". And the server replays SERVFAIL.
- I executed dig to the authoritative name server of "xxxx.xxxxx.co.jp", found the response didn't have "Authoritative Answer" flag from the server.
- I think that the customer's server reply SERVFAIL by the above cause, so the authoritative name server need add "Authoritative Answer" flag.
-
Our customer would like to know workaround in customer's cache name server side but not the authoritative name server. Is there workaround in the cache server side?
