Remote execution for recurring jobs are getting in queue after the "Red Hat Satellite" server reboot

Issue

  • The Recurring jobs are getting queued up after the Red Hat Satellite 6.4 server reboot.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create recurring task with cronline */5 * * * *
2. Observe normal execution and generation of new jobs
3. Reboot Red Hat Satellite server
4. Observe currently queued job fail to execute at specified time, and those will get into queue.
5. Cancel stuck job, observe new job is generated at a future time
6. Run foreman-maintain service restart command
7. Job will get execute successfully
