Issue

When you go to https://satellite.example.com/rhn/YourRhn.do and click the help question mark speech balloon icon, it takes you to https://satellite.example.com/rhn/help/reference/en-US/s1-sm-your-rhn.jsp after updating the rhn-i18n-guides package to rhn-i18n-guides-5.5.0.3-1.el6sat.noarch that page no longer exists. If you change the en-US to fr-FR, de-DE, es-ES, .. that will work, but not with en-US.
