Rendering of forms by KIE Server in RHPAM 7.1

Issue

• Currently KIE Server returns only structure of the form and that requires end user to do the rendering. Instead KIE Server should allow to generate already rendered form (pure html with css and javascript) that will allow to display task and work on it with base life cycle operations (claim, release,start, stop, complete, save)
