RHV: User cannot edit CD, Network, Disks and others in VM Portal
Issue
- In VM Portal a user with permissions based UserRole cannot change the several settings, even if granted specific permissions.
- CD-ROM cannot be changed through VM Portal
- Disks cannot be changed through VM Portal
- Network Interfaces cannot be changed through VM Portal
