oc import-image fails with 'InternalError' on OpenShift 3.11
Issue
- When importing images in Openshift 3.11 it fails with following error message.
# oc import-image my-openshift3/jenkins-slave-base-rhel7:v3.11 --from=registry.redhat.io/openshift3/jenkins-slave-base-rhel7:v3.11 --confirm
! error: Import failed (InternalError): Internal error occurred: Get https://registry.redhat.io/v2/: proxyconnect tcp: EOF
