Prometheus would not work after upgrade from 3.10 to 3.11
Issue
- Upgrade of OpenShift from 3.10 to 3.11 fails.
- After upgrading from OCP v3.10 to OCP v3.11 the Prometheus node-exporter targets are observed in down state.
