AWS m5 instance type loses NVMe mounted volumes

Issue

• We are using AWS as our cloud provider with dynamic provsioning enabled, and we are having issues mounting persistent volumes (EBS volumes) to pods.
• In node service journal, we see errors attaching the AWS volumes to the node, but when we check on the AWS console, we do see that the EBS volume is attached to the node.
