fsck fails in Pass 2 and exits with signal 7 on RHEL5.4

Issue

• e2fsck fails always at the same file in Pass 2

  $ fsck -y /dev/vg_store/lg_store  
  fsck 1.39 (29-May-2006) 
  e2fsck 1.39 (29-May-2006) 
  STORE contains a file system with errors, check forced. 
  Pass 1: Checking inodes, blocks, and sizes 
  Pass 2: Checking directory structure 
  Entry 'redo.log' in Warning... fsck.ext3 for device /dev/vg_store/lg_store exited with signal 7.
