[RHEV] After successful installation, RHEV-H changes to non-responsive status

Issue

After nstalling RHEV-H and configuring it to connect to RHEV manager, the hypervisor host appears in the RHEV manager. When approved it begins installing. It completes the installation process with no errors. At that point it enters the "Non Responsive" state and stays in that state forever.
