Selecting multiple theme option to non-admin users

Issue

  • Currently a user having the admin privileges can apply the portal theme for all the other portal users.An admin can perform this action from the 'Admin' portlet.
    A non admin user should have a way to apply a particular theme for their login? i.e. each user can choose and select a different theme for them.
