Unsupported character “/” when using sonar to scan pipeline script.

Issue

• When writing pipeline script, we are using "Sonar" to do code quality scanning,the issue is sonar not support “/ " character inside name.

"Caused by: Validation of project reactor failed:  o "devebt/devebt-devebt" is not a valid project or module key. Allowed characters are alphanumeric, '-', '_', '.' and ':', with at least one non-digit.
