Cache Expiration events not firing immediatly in JDG 7.1

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

Cache expiration event delay:
When the cache expires, the events subscribed are not returned in real time after the cache expires.
For example,If you add a cache, set it to expire in 5 seconds, it won't receive expired events in 5 seconds, and need to wait about 1 minute to receive the expired events.
