Guest or Bundle nodes managed by pacemaker do not stop in a timely fashion

Issue

When attempting to stop a guest or bundle node managed by a full cluster node in pacemaker (i.e. if rebooting or stopping the cluster services on the pacemaker node), the guest or bundle node(s) will fail to stop, eventually timing out and being forced off

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 w/ High Availability or Resilient Storage
  • Pacemaker Remote
