smart cards - escd may create ~/.redhat/ with mode 777 and files with mode 666
Issue
The escd daemon may create ~/.redhat/ with mode 777 and files with mode 666 when a smart card is inserted in its reader.
This problem does not happen is the application ESC is ran manually.
