Clean installation of RHPAM 7 fails to start
Issue
When launching RHPAM using standalone.sh, the kie-server fails to start. The message following message shows up on log:
Caused by: org.jboss.msc.service.ServiceNotFoundException: Service service jboss.ejb.default-resource-adapter-name-service not found"}}
