After upgrading Satellite 5.7 to 5.8 the webUI is not accessible

Issue

Post upgrade to Satellite 5.8 accessing the webUI returns a "HTTP status 500" error message
Also the running the spacecmd returns a "ERROR: Failed to connect to https://satellite.example.com/rpc/api" error message
