OpenShift haproxy router fails to reload due to failure getting sockets from old process
Issue
The OpenShift haproxy router fails during reload due to:
E1024 19:48:25.786031 1 limiter.go:137] error reloading router: exit status 1
[WARNING] 296/194825 (159) : Failed to get the number of sockets to be transferred !
[ALERT] 296/194825 (159) : Failed to get the sockets from the old process!
