rhel7: System hangs by CPU spinlocks when SELinux is permissive

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

The customer experiences system hangs when they set SELinux to permissive.

When they set SELinux to permissive, the issue occurs every time, and the uptimes are various. While the issue occurs, the host (VMware) tool shows that CPUs load is high.

We set SELinux to permissive and configure hung_task_panic.

  # echo '1' > /proc/sys/kernel/hung_task_panic

Then we collected the output vmcore.

Environment
