Business-central is throwing an error when running in offline mode due to not being able to load Google Charts libraries

Issue

• Business-central is trying to connect to google services;

• When running RHPAM in offline environment, project creation throws the error:

  Uncaught exception: Script error (http://www.google.com/jsapi?callback=__gwt_AjaxLoader_onLoad:0)
  

• When I started business central without Internet connection, I got the following message:

  Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED    ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/static/modules/gviz/1.0/core/tooltip.css
