NO_PROXY virt-who settings are not working after updating virt-who package on Red Hat Satellite 6
Issue
- The Red Hat Satellite server has access to the Internet through the customer's proxy but virt-who failed to report guest mapping after updating virt-who package.
NO_PROXY =*configuration on virt-who is ignored by subscription-manager.
