Issue

We have created a clusterrole based on the admin one in OSE. The only difference is that inside that role we are removing the "delete" verb from the "projects" resource and add the "update" verb to the "routes/custom-host" resource.

I tried using " openshift.io/reconcile-protect: "true" " and also " rbac.authorization.kubernetes.io/autoupdate : "false" " but the role keeps changing into it's default mode .
