[XPaaS] AMQ - Unhandled CancellationException in cursor duplicate detection logic

After deleting the scheduler folder, we got the following error:
java.util.concurrent.CancellationException -
Some messages are lost and some messages sent to the DLQ (ActiveMQ.DLQ) with the following error:
String Property - dlqDeliveryFailureCause java.lang.Throwable: duplicate paged in from cursor for queue://test.queue
