[Satellite6] How to recreate missing "event" exchange in qpid broker that candlepin requires?

Issue

  • due to some error, qpid broker got deleted event exchange
  • that causes candlepin can't send events to qpid, thus candlepin is in suspended mode and all subscription-related functionality of Satellite is affected

How to re-create the exchange with all possibly missing related bits?
