RHV: after deleting imported VM from KVM, importing again fails
Issue
- Import the VM from the KVM host, then delete the imported VM from RHVM and re-importing the same VM from the KVM host fails.

- Red Hat Virtualization 4.2
- ovirt-engine-4.2.6.4-0.1.el7ev
- vdsm-4.20.39.1-1.el7ev
