While registering client, getting error 'Couldn't find activation key'
Issue
Registering a system to Red Hat Satellite 6 using bootstrap.py results in the following error:
[ERROR], [2018-08-02 08:45:47], EXITING: [/usr/sbin/subscription-manager register --org 'Default_Organization' --name 'host.example.com' --activationkey 'Example-AK' --serverurl=https://satellite.example.com:8443/rhsm --baseurl=https://satellite.example.com/pulp/repos --force] failed to execute properly.
Couldn't find activation key 'Example-AK'
