Error: Unable to open /dev/sd? - unrecognised disk label.- After live ESXi migration, commands are not found
- After live ESXi migration, disks are no longer available to the RHEL guest.
- Volume Groups, Logical Volumes, and filesystems are all online, but attempts to access them fail.
