Windows 2008R2 Guest using virtio network interface has inconsistent connectivity.
Issue
- Windows 2008R2 vm first comes up after a reboot the NIC is unable to connect to the network.
- Disabling and enabling the network interface allows works, but only till the next reboot.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1.
- Windows 2008 R2 Guest.
- virtio NIC being used for the guest.
