Journal files kept open by fluentd in OCP 3
Issue
Launching the journalct --vacuum-size to free the space used, doesn't release the space since some open file descriptors kept open by the fluentd user.
There is an issue with the fluentd-plugin-system and the systemd-journal, where currently exists a window for leaking file descriptors.
