Red Hat has migrated all previous ManageIQ customer cases to the Red Hat Customer Portal at access.redhat.com. Additionally, Red Hat has migrated all entitlements to new accounts for these customers.
Customers have the following options:
- A customer can choose to open cases under the new account (please contact your account team for the new account number).
- A customer may choose to have their entitlements merged with an existing Red Hat account (please contact customer service for assistance).
