Issue

  • Since the acquisition by Red Hat, former ManageIQ customers will have a new process for contacting Red Hat support to troubleshoot isseus, raise bugs and file Feature Requests.

Resolution

  • Red Hat has migrated all previous ManageIQ customer cases to the Red Hat Customer Portal at access.redhat.com. Additionally, Red Hat has migrated all entitlements to new accounts for these customers.

  • Customers have the following options:

    • A customer can choose to open cases under the new account (please contact your account team for the new account number).
    • A customer may choose to have their entitlements merged with an existing Red Hat account (please contact customer service for assistance).
