Building kernel from source fails when FIPS is enabled on the system
Issue
- System with FIPS enabled cannot build kernels from source code
- Attempting to compile kernel with FIPS enabled results in the following output
could not find token "NSS Certificate DB"
pesign: Could not find certificate Red Hat Test Certificate
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.U0RKql (%build)
