osa-dispatcher failed to start with error 'SSLVerifyError: Mismatch: peer name'
Issue
osa-dispatcher failed to start after satellite upgrade from 5.7 to 5.8 .
It is failing with the below error message :
SSLVerifyError: Mismatch: peer name: rhnsat.local.name; common name: rhnsat.common.name.
